ACA founder Arron Crick commented that ‘the project was a superb opportunity for the existing site and local area to develop and provide much needed, small, quaint shop fronts together with the area for a relaxing cafe and seating area.
ACA are very excited about the future of this development, with most units already having established plans in place. The cafe and butchers shop will work fantastically side by side, allowing the public to wander between the two as well as the small, specialist retail spaces.
