ACA have been appointed for full RIBA architectural services to design and oversee the build of a new large kitchen extension and 1st floor- 2 bedroom extension with en-suite facilities at a residential property in Audlem.

The extension has a vernacular design with dormer timber windows, french doors, rustic brickwork and lime mortar joints and a reclaimed slate roof. Detailed design has been carefully undertaken to ensure existing connection details are appropriate in terms of head height and internal arrangements.

The extension will house a large open plan cottage kitchen complete with island benching, feature staircase, feature chimney breast and AGA together with beautifully crafted units and worktops.
