The creation of two- two bed apartments, 3 retail units and a new cafe facility behind the highly successful butchers shop redevelopment at Oxtail & Trotters, Audlem, has progressed well on site. The apartments are to be completed within a week with a view to the retail spaces and cafe being open by mid-June.
The courtyard space will be the last element to be developed and will bind the four elements of the project together giving a very ornate, boutique feel to what will surely be a very successful development.
