The project enables the client to have a sunken open plan kitchen/ dining space with bi-fold doors and roof lights to create a unique ‘eating/ social space’.
The remainder of the house is a grand building of high quality Victorian design and so the extension provides a fresh, modern, separate space equal to its heritage and character but with a different material palette.
