ACA have been approached develop a design for the remodelling of an existing pool house. The design is to create a sunken living space surrounded by the kitchen and dining space. The existing ancilliary spaces and changing accomodation will be redeveloped into bedrooms and en-suites to provide the required lettable accomodation to ensure the sums add up!
